Mystery of life

The eternal question.. Who drives ur life?

During never ending discussions different people have varied thoughts. But none is convincing enough. Discussed - life is in our hands

We drive our destiny. It is our actions and reactions to things happening around us that give a certain direction to our life. If we understand this do these actions, if done consciously, lead to 'desired' results. Won't then everyone be happy and content? We know that is not the case. People are happy in bits and pieces, in small moments but in entirety ???

Discussed - What is destined will happen.

We are mere puppets. Everything that happens is not entirely in our hands. We work hard and desire results that never happen. others just get it on a platter! Why? Luck? what is luck? What decides whether you are luck or not? Some higher power, maybe. So if this is true do we stop action! We let out life carry on cos we know death is the ultimate truth. What we achieve is not actually our effort, but is destined? Is our life governed by the way stars positioned themselves when we were born. something that does not go down well.

Discussed - Why the heck should we care!

Take it as it comes. Live your life one day at a time. one moment at a time. But how can we. Does that mean we never think about the future? Never plan? Don't have a goal? How do we find meaning to our lives then?

Any answers there? anyone?

A Start - with some scepticism

Well!!! Finally i have managed to go through the most laborious two mins for signing up. I always wanted to pen down my thoughts, maybe in a diary or a blog.. but i guess could never find the 'time' :-)))... so blogging it is then!
It took me a while to name my blog... another reason why i got delayed... 'Saengemaal' is a kashmiri word... I initially thought that it meant 'early dawn' (so much for my hold on my mother tongue).. this would have literally been the meaning of my name 'Nisha-ant'. But I realised that saengermal or sangar-mala means a 'line of mountain peaks'. Sometimes the blossom of early dusk on the line of mountain peaks is also referred to as sangermaal. So i stuck to this name and also because it reminds me of the b'ful place i originally come from - Kashmir. It is sad that we are the unfortunate victims and have not been able to experience the shear delight of living and breathing in that pious and revered land.

So this how its going to be a lot of buffoonery intermingled with some serious and emotional and thought provoking writings.

Wish me luck guys!!! cos knowing me.. my lethargic self... i may be too lazy to write.. ;-)
